Bena is passionate about creating high performance excellence during transition and change. It takes skill to perform your best and stay healthy under high pressure stress situations. Bena’s programs not only move you beyond the management of stress and conflict but purposefully train you how to access the inner resources of the mind-body for quality decision making, creativity, and mental focus. Clients have included Fortune 500 companies as well as the Aresty Institute for Executive Education at The Wharton School.

Bena is adjunct faculty and a frequent guest lecturer for the M.B.A. program at DeSales University on “Leadership and the Executive Mind,” and “Balance Point Leadership.”  She is an Associate of Strategic Intelligence Skills™ and a 10th Dot™ Change Agent. She holds a Masters in the Science of management, with a concentration in Intercultural Training and Development. She has 15 years as a dedicated gymnast culminating as a competitor in NCAA Division One ranks. Bena is also a life-time practitioner of the yogic sciences including Hatha Yoga and Meditation.
